Another #slack collab, this one arising from a misreading of two posts concerning 1) how to clear a driveway of snow and 2) Negasi announcing he was off shopping at his local thrift store... It was a good excuse to fire up the Boss HM-2 for that classic Gothenburg chainsaw tone😀 Music by me, words by everyone else. #metal #deathmetal

This was completely unexpected- insane drumming - sub bass vocals filling out that crazy metal guitar - and what a great solo’! I actually like the measured drums for most of the track - apart from The fluttered Bass drum - I meant it’s just crazy and a super ending too - MeeeeTAL

Slack collabs RULE. 😆 The sound is metal par excellence. The vocals are otherworldly, in expression and intonation. The intro is killer. I especially appreciate that you highlight the cultural origin of the German Flammenwerfer. 🤣

Speaking of which - I recently read a newspaper article about a guy who used one of these very small thingies to burn up some weeds, and ended up accidentally setting the styrofoam facade of his house on fire, which burnt down to the ground. 😱

My two kids send their thumbs up as well. We were just laughing our asses off, hearing this at full volume.

Yay, chainsaws! My favourite bit is when the drums go into a double time d-beat (I don't think it was actually a d-beat but sounded like it at that tempo) and then into a blast. I also like the guitar solo.
