surprise! my debut album, dial tone, is out early and now yours. xx ౨ৎ ˖ ࣪⊹

what a journey this album has been. accomplishing my goal of 14 songs this month feels bittersweet, like opening and closing a chapter all at once.

dial tone, a record about connection and what we do when it flickers. about wanting, circling back, almost catching it. sometimes you call. sometimes you don’t. sometimes you wish you had.

first fawm after many years of rpm challenge. self-produced bedroom pop made with dreamy vocals, lyrics, and music all by me. i'm on keys/piano, flute, and guitar when i'm not singing. soft, sad, cozy, and always cool.

congrats on the album release! did you write each of the songs during FAWM? what was your favourite part of the process?

aw thanks so much! i did a little bit of writing before the month and then made everything in feb. my favorite part has been challenging myself to go outside of my comfort zone but more importantly being a part of such a wonderful community!

General comment here echoing the same “You make good music” sentiments— to me, you make infectious music that doesn’t get thrown so it sticks, but rather captures and consumes. Definitely an alluring quality, as a lot of the music is more seductive. Cheers and good luck on your latest album! Have a good rest of your FAWM!

Belated hello 👋 Great to hear another RPMer! I'm doubling up this year with FAWM but haven't made a REM in over a year; the listening parties didn't fit in and I lost the momentum. I miss Thorley, BDFS, Monoxide et al!
