This, I believe, is my 15th FAWM which means I've written at least 14 songs in 14 FAWMs which equals at least 196 songs. 196 songs I probably wouldn't have written without the motivation and artistic freedom that FAWM gives me.
I can't wait to dig in and write this year, there's so much to cover! I can't wait to hear what's on your minds this year!

I LOVED the moment of hearing Bde Maka Ska sung like that, the clarity and the energy totally jumped out of the speakers. It's a real feel-good, nicely done, thank you.
So good to see you. How are you making out this strangest of Winters? With your town in turmoil, this is certainly the moment of the folk singers. Hang in there!.
Thanks for the kind words on my songs Joe. When will we hear another from you?
So glad we’re doing this again! Would never feel right if you weren’t here. Always so great to hear fresh new songs from you. I hope this month will provide a nice outlet for you, where you can get in the zone and forget about what’s being done to your amazing city. At least momentarily. Or channel some of that outrage into it…like you just did for your first song.
Joe! Good to see/hear from you again. Cant wait to hear your takes, on what is happening in our hometown. Its sad, shameful, and scary, but I have been proud to see how the community has responded.
Thanks for listening to Letters from Minnesota. Paul really got the tone of it, and he nailed the pronunciation of Bde Maka Ska! Solidarity from suburban Minneapolis.
