Not my best vocal take, but it'll do for now (as the song's barely over a minute long). Fairly self-explanatory, I hope! It's a joke - I am not quite vain enough to expect a bank holiday for my birthday.

you may have tagged this #comedy but i mean, let’s be real: "And also you don't forget that I exist …” is a pretty dramatic and earnest way to end a litany of honest self-birthday wishes. happy belated (i presume?) birthday, btw. oh, and welcome back, j$! so fun to see a few "OG fawmers” still rockin’ it...

a bit of self-pity is comedic gold, though :) It seems to get worse as a I get older, but its always been there, in all my lyrics; though yeah, it's probably the only untrue line in the whole lyric. Cheers! Good to see YOU still around, too j$

This made me laugh. The production is quite a roller coaster of wackiness. In the end, it sounds rather touching and heartfelt

I can't identify since my birthday's in March, but I no longer wish to eliminate January, depressing month though it may be, if you were born in it!

I'm okay with 18th being a holiday because mine is the 17th and it'd be handy to have that day to recover. This was fun. More celebration of the January birthdays!

I can relate to this song having a birthday in January and being cold in Minnesota. Your vocals sound just fine coupled with the unique instrumentation. Good Job!

Thanks! My issue with the vocals is actually the timing of some of the lines (as I was/am having problems with latency). But I tried to hide it by cutting up the vocal and sliding the parts back and forth from their source points. It works for the time being, but I will have another go at some point soon!
