Tell you what, though, it doesn't half feel weird doing a thing to amuse yourself when the world is... waves hands around like this. But honestly? Make sure you enjoy yourself. Make sure they see you enjoying yourself. Conspicuously have fun. Joy is an act of resistance.

Hello! I'm glad you enjoyed it because it's a great song, but I'm a different Pensive Teapot :). I will be joining Robert (along with @marilisa) in performing Future Me tomorrow evening at the UK con though!

Oh gosh! Well, I am looking forward to listening YOUR Pensive teapot songs here. That's so cool you guys are going to be performing the other Robert's "Future Me" at the UK Filk Con tomorrow. I really wish I could be there! It has been ten years since I have attended one, although I did get to see a lot of UK Filkers at Glasgow Worldcon in 2024.
