Stunning vocal performance. Love the contrast between the verses and chorus, sets the mood for the song! Soft and bittersweet yet angsty all at once! Really captured everything you were talking about in the song.

The sentiment is wonderful and is a big reminder of what we should aspire to. And your voice! sigh

Knowing your background of audio engineering, I trust there is a lot going on to make this sound like a simplified, back-to-the-basics production. It's amazing and I'm listening from my phone with headphones.

The scratch of the guitar strings at the end?... it's everything.
