This is my #morph for #morph1.

I was handed a gorgeous and ethereal song from frozenlonesome. Well, I don't do either of those things very well, and, honestly, the subject matter made me angry.. So, I figured the best thing for me to do, is grab my acoustic guitar, and handheld Tascam, and let it fly (on only half a cup!) and work through my feelings on the matter.

I used most of the lyrics I was handed, and used the chords as a starting point. I added a little 'verb and delay. I'm quite curious to see where this started, now!

I found this oddly comforting/grounding after listening to the last two. You brought it back to earth with normal reactions and “Yes, this is how we feel about this.” Wow. This morph was a much heavier journey than what I expected when I wrote the seed. Such is the power of the morph.

I'm glad you captured the sense of anger at the elites. And a very nice tough adding the echo effect at the end to "quote" from the previous iteration of the morph. Well done!

The lyrics, music, and performance capture the froth, foment and steady boil of blood over the seeming endless atrocities and inhumanity inhabiting the news. Great collaboration. I'm sad and angry that songs like this are so necessary, but thankful that both of you are expressing the collective rage.

Honestly, this was a bit cathartic to sing. Pretty dark stuff...but important not to look away.

I like how you treated the lyrics given with rage and disgust. The driving guitar and the fx near the end focused me even more on the entitlement and selfishness of the men involved in these horrible acts.

This doesn't mince words and the undercurrent of rage in that growled, almost-spoken delivery captures the disgust I feel about the never-ending torrent of vile revelations hitting the news perfectly. At least over here, Charles looks like he's thrown his brother under the bus...

Yea, the subject matter here... disgust is much of what I was running on. Over here, they are just going about their business, as if everything is normal - I'm hoping their days are short-lived
