This is my #morph for #morph1. I was passed a delicate song on a sensitive subject from @kendrakinsey. TBH, I wasn’t sure what to do with it. I’m travelling so I only have my iPad which is fine for in the box production. But no access to a mic and I’m not the greatest singer anyway. So I did a remix.

I captured Kendra’s song via screen recording and slowed it down 75%. I then created four channels of the slowed song and ran each through separate fx chains with reverb, delay, compression, and saturation. I then added cello and French horn from ThumbJam with reverb and delay and a pad from the fm synth Baervaag. I did my best to follow along with chords but was not sure what to do with the key changes, so I kind of ignored them.
