@thegoldenhelmet left me an amazing comment on my song Midnight Oils Of Passion saying that it sounded like "a prophet playing guitar in the wilderness." That description invoked an image in my mind & I was inspired to record this song. I was simply channeling my Muse, picturing myself in a clearing, deep inside of an ancient forest, playing guitar surrounded by mist illuminated by the moonlight above. This is the result. Thanks again to @thegoldenhelmet for the inspiration for this!

p.s. Ochran is one of the many names for the Celtic Otherworld.

The Prophet Playing Guitar In The Wilderness ==============================
The mist The mist The mist The mist…
The moon The moon The moon The moon…
The moon is shining Moonshine… The moon is shinning down Down…
Follow the path Follow the path Past the bubbling brook Over the waterfall You'll find the gateway To Ochran To Ochran To Ochran To Ochran…
And I'll fade away And I'll fade away And I'll fade away And I'll fade away…
Into Ochran Into Ochran Into Ochran Into Ochran…
Ochran…

You get such a big sound from your set up. This sounds like a forest of guitars at times. Really dense, almost impenetrable till you find the way to break through to the other world. You might not have intended it that way but that's how I heard it. I of course like your commitment to live improv, it is very impressive the whole thing is done in one go.
My intentions are often quite limited, or non-existant most of the time, so I enjoy hearing about how others Ꜫӿꝓƺᶉḭꬱἦꞓƺ the music. The reverb, delay, & loops are key to the "big sound" & all the space I'm able to build into the music. It's become an essential part of my sound on songs like this. Thank you, again, for the inspiration. I'm so glad you enjoyed the fruits of this sonic exploration.

How could I resist that title? I admire the dedication to the instrument - as if the Prophet clothes himself with it in the wilderness.
A prophet clothed in guitars… now that's an image! Thank you for the listen & the great comment, Kathy!

Well this was oddly soothing and trippy! I got to listen to every second of it. I was impressed as it was, then at the end re-read the hashtags and saw that you did this in one take with no overdubs?!?!? That’s incredible!
Yeah, no overdubs is sort of my mantra 😂 It's all thanks to my Frippertonics emulator, the Elottronix XL VST by Elogoxa (it's free, but 32 Bit) which allows me to build those rotating, slowly fading loops in real time. My usual M.O. is to build loops using the Mobius VST, but lately, it hasn't been playing nicely with my DAW for some reason. So I have been relying on the Elottronix quite a lot this FAWM. I'm so glad you enjoyed the Ꜫӿꝓƺᶉḭꬱἦꞓƺ. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen & comment!

What are those characters you’re typing instead of the word “song”?
It's "Experiænce" using accented & international characters in lieu of the standard alphabetic characters (available with most fonts). It's a thing my friends & I in The Syzygy Consortium (#syzygy) started a couple of years ago as a sort of protest against the norm. I still retained some of that in regards to certain aspects of my music. "Ꜫӿꝓƺᶉḭꬱἦꞓƺ" being the one I still use the most. Sorry if it caused any confusion.

Your music is so rad. Been having a weird day in my own head, and this just helped me release so much angst.
Glad I could help release your angst! Thank you so much for listening & enjoying the Ꜫӿꝓƺᶉḭꬱἦꞓƺ.

The panning on this is so cool! Combined with the twinkly-ish effects it feels a lot like rain on my brain, really wonderful. The build up is so lovely! Such neat textures. I love the echo effect on the vocals! Very prophet-y sounding. I'm always amazed at what you're able to do with a single take!
