A special Valentine song for my forever love. Kelly and I first made acquaintance through a music webforum/message board back in the pre-social media days. We started exchanging messages on AOL Instant Messenger (some of you folks over the age of 40 may remember that one). We were just friends. When we first met in person at Purple Door in 2002 (a music concert festival in Pennsylvania) Kelly had me stay at her boyfriend's house, that's how just-friends we were. But meeting in person changed everything from my side, and I would be lying to say I was too disappointed when she and her boyfriend eventually broke up several months later. We started dating in June 2003 and were married in July 2004. Most of our dating was long-distance.
