I like the leap they take in the story and how vulnerable they are in their honesty. The lyric has a great rhythm. Enjoyed the music, instrumental break and the way you sing the chorus!

What? Your voice is great! Love the "weight on my soul" and "mountain of lies" phrases. I even enjoyed the instrumental break, (that's saying a lot from me) but it was so fitting. Great work!

There is an energy here that's captivating; the chorus completely grabbed me, and the grandeur of the instrumentation and soaring vocals is kind of Sintra-esque in its sweep. And stop complaining about your (excellent) singing; leave the hand-wringing to those of us who truly are vocally, um, challenged (to put it nicely)! ;)

Superb. This could be from a Broadway Musical. This is the key song that the narrator at that turning point in the show where the conflict is about to come to some resolution.

i am not hearing anything diminished in your voice. i only have about a tenth of the voice i had in my prime and every year i have to make adjustments in the way i sing in order to get through a song. maybe you are doing that. to listeners, the diminished voice may sound no different to them. i think a lot of people like my weaker singing because its not so obnoxious. but back to the song and how you sing it. its a big win. the chorus is lively and exciting. i love the way you run through some of the lines at a rhythmic clip and wail on others.
