Yessss! I’ve been feeling a lack of mandolin in my life, so thank you for this. The sentiment is so relatable too. We’ve made it 1/4 of the way, let’s hope it stays together! The laugh at the end is great. Cool song!

Great song, Dan, and the mando is a perfect accompaniment! "Our scars make us who we are" is a great "big idea" for this song - loved listening to this!

Around Christmas I went to a holiday gathering of my old workmates, came out drove away to new grinding sound which isn’t unsurprising cause there was tons of snow and sand on the roads. Got about a block away and saw a note from an anonymous person stating that my 2012 Sonata had been backed into by a large truck. Pulled over and yep, front bumper was hanging off. I was happy when the our public auto insurance did not write the car off and I’m getting it fixed soon. Also found the organization that owned the truck and they took responsibility, so do not have to pay the deductible. 🙂

Hey look it's a mandolin and it sounds FANTASTIC!! It must be someone other than me playing it, haha. Half the joy of your songs is just watching you play them, exuding 300% joy. Another half is how good the songs are. Of course half is how wonderful your lyrics are "Hope the Duct tape holds" - love it. The last half is that you are such a wonderful part of FAWM. I enjoyed this 400%. :)
