Oh I hear why folks mentioned the synth at 0:33. It has a Lena Raine feeling to it. Very nice! Also, I like that subtle little scratch at 1:38 and 2:23.

Really lush synths and great percussive elements. Has a weightless, hovering feel to it, like floating on air. Very elegant and capturing.

Makes me think of all the caves in the southwest. Dark and cool. even though the upper world is blistering.

What great liner notes! The OG Silent Hill soundtracks are some of my favorite music of all time, and you capture that energy perfectly while still making something that is your own. Phenomenal.

Thank you! It's a mix of samples, free syth patches, an arpeggiator, and a little field sounds of scraping metal... some of it I collected myself at the local art museum by banging signs or allowed-to-touch outdoor installations!!

I love how the title/subject matter evokes heat but the music evokes the cold. This reminds me of a Julee Cruise/Angelo Badalamenti piece you'd hear on Twin Peaks, which is incredibly high praise!

I kept having this dream where I’m trapped in Scottsdale but it’s inexplicably a Silent Hill version of Scottsdale, so I’m glad the icy/foggy mood comes through!! I want to add more metallic scraping if I spend more time with it
