700 Thousand Gallons
Liner Notes
Those #bridge11 boys are back again, with another trippy, spaced-out song about space. Or, to be really specific, the Moon! So, turn the lights down low, get a nice hot cup of tea, and relax into the sounds of science...
Lyrics
The Moon was a molten world Billions of years ago The heavy elements sank to the core Leaving the rocks to float to the surface Like a cherry dipped in chocolate
Compared to Earth it seems silent and still But there are mysteries to unfold Like the difference in the depth of the crust From one side to another
The lunar regolith shows the evidence Of constant cosmic bombardment From meteorites to charged particles of the sun Volcanoes and impact craters
700 thousand gallons of liquid propellant To fuel the space launch system Artemis II is primed and ready To add to humanity’s wisdom

Lovely stuff! I do like me some bridge 11 and this does not disappoint! I love the Kosmische Musik vibes I'm getting j$
DEFINIETLY A SPACEY OPENING!! dark and foreboding . The slow tempo adds to the trippy feel. Also i have some new starts about what it takes to Artemis off the ground. cool well worth the trip to your side of the moon.
ah lets slip into deep space! or not so far we only made it to the moon! This music just has to be played looking at those photos of the moon and earth feeling cool enthused but slightly irrelevant. Music to sink into
I am a Bridge11 fan! The intro is just right, great sounds all around, and the vocal melody in particular is perfectly spaced out.
Spacey and ethereal, really fun little science lesson!
There's something about the synth layers that feel so chilly! Super effective in combination with the lyrics and the vocal delivery. Great vibe!
Floaty, spacy, galaxial, shimmery, trippy...I enjoyed the pace of this song as it enhanced the space vibes and truly couldn't place what the time signature was (was there one? it really didn't need one...). Vocals with far-out reverb do it all justice. The occasional appearance of the electric guitar strikes me as a meteor or comet popping up alongside for a visit. Props for use of "regolith"!
What I enjoy about your music is that it makes me soooooo calm and chill though you're singing about the biggest colossus and super weird space stuff... These synths are crazy
