As a ridiculous video game enthusiast, this is 100% video game menu select music from the late 90s-early 2000s. Rad!

Loving the way the guitars are allowed to do absolutely whatever they like in this. Swirly, fusion goodness!
If Eno and Fripp could each come up with a Windows start-up sound (Windows 95 and Windows Vista respectively) I think it's okay for us mere mortals to not stress about making music that someone might choose as on-screen menu backing. Just think of the royalties...
