Liner Notes

Not sure if this really counts as a song, but it's something and in keeping with the devilishly difficult prompt.

Lyrics

Figuratively left unspoken Thematically, hard to imagine Strangely understated Heavy but meaningless Weighty yet overrated Unconscious but not sedated Dreaming surreally Lying freely

Nice meditative piece. I enjoyed it! It was a hard prompt!

It was devilish, but delicious as well. Nicely done. I like the juxtaposition. A nice choice. Well done

Yes, of course it's a song. And a cool one. Artistic and creative take on the challenge.

Ooh, so very clever. I'm so impressed by people who put meaning into songs for this skirmish. This one is very subtly moody.

Delighted to have my skirmish prompt called, "devilish" haha. Everyone got so funky with it, i'm loving all of these. The music here fits the last couplet especially well: "Dreaming surreally / Lying freely". The rest of the lyrics make you wonder if it's "lying down" or lying as in "telling untruths"

I feel like this could be a comment on someone's song here on FAWM (not thinking of anyone in particular). ;) I like how you've given us time within the music track to take in each phrase. Lovely, lifting melody, too.

great job avoiding nouns! Really like this! yes agreed on the movie sequence!

Nice skirmish, this is quite meditative - and I love your guitar sound

Meets the challenge for sure πŸ˜ƒ it’s a great start for a song but could be used in a movie sequence. Nice tremolo guitar track and vocals πŸ˜ƒ
