Negasi wrote these beautiful lyrics for me, which I also took the opportunity to use to do my own challenge (see this forum thread: https://fawm.org/forums/3667) Musically, this is inspired by the title track of Beth Orton's "Central Reservation", specifically the fact that it pretty much uses IV-V the whole way through.

I couldn't for the life of me get my own guitar to give me a clean enough take, so I've used a Band in a Box guitar track, but I made the bass track in Garageband, and did all the singing with my mouth.
