John sent me these cool lyrics and said: "go for it however you want". I've tried some styles (rock, animé pop), but finally found I kept returning to this R'n'B version.

These are SynthV vocals, Saros. I've sung the original vocal line but good heavens - this is way out of my baritone range.

Wow! This is a fabulous song! Love the sentiment in the beautifully poetic lyric. The emotion in the gorgeous vocals is fabulous. Love the instrumental layers and the percussion! Fantastic collaboration!

"Woke up with a dream in my pocket..." great image! Especially when it's followed by "running through the city with a rock in each shoe." Brilliant. @florian's treatment of @coolparadiso's lyrical visions comes off perfectly. Glad I found this.

Lyrics skillfully done. "Woke up with a dream in my pocket" a great first line. Very, very soulful singing backed by lovely and soft music reminiscent of 70s soul.

These lyrics are beautiful and your arrangement of them only works to highlight that. It has a bit of an "I Believe I can Fly" vibe to it that hits me perfectly.

So, so smooth. Sounds great and the performances are stellar. I was drawn to this lyric right from the start. As I'm reading through it, I don't get the RnB vibe at all, which makes this all the more amazing to my mind. Loving that first verse, the imagery so vivid, such a great turn of phrase.

Whoa, this really pops, so catchy, snappy and soulful. The words have great flow, and convey a real sense of joy--even if this person is starting off with a rock in each shoe. Ouch!
