i was inspired by @robinleaf to continue my habit of basing songs off of my favorite stories and characters, which i normally don't commit to for fawm! this song is centered around a somewhat obscure pairing from an indie video game, but the gist of it is that a TV host and his business partner are in love, and they're both arrogant, emotionally dysregulated individuals who are using each other for their own gain. i didn't take this pairing seriously at first but it's given me a lot of food for thought... i'd watch a sitcom about these guys
