n: this one's on the record and we recorded it over the summer but it had so many friends from this community on it, i wanted to upload the final mix (mixed the night before FAWM started) to share how awesome this community is. really love all these people and everybody here. my life has dramatically improved over the 6 years i've had you all in my life...i'm still a sad dingus, but i'm not alone and i've got a buncha music!

--we promise if we get rich you will all get paychecks, we will not forget y'all...we're not wangs.

Q- This one was fun, because N sent me a track and told me it might be lame. Yeah right lol. So yeah, then I wrote all over it, and we were talking about how to bring it to life, and we were like "hey we know people all over the world. Wouldn't it be cool if the world actually did sing along at the end?" And then you DID. And it was so humbling (in a good way) to be reminded that we don't just create music here, we cultivate community. And I just think that's really something. So thank you to everyone who got on this track, sang my self indulgent lyrics, and gave nahlej and I something to smile about :)

Cool lyric and musical composition. When the chorus comes in the last time it’s just epic. Everything was building to that moment and the payoff was well worth it. Killer…

The vocal performances are great here, a real pleasure to listen to. The chorus is infectious. The words are great because they have a confessional feel but leavened with self-awareness. This was a very enjoyable listen.

Love how it stops at "to make a masterpiece" first time. Very powerful moment. Very cool beat, so much going on! and it keeps morphing. The chorus is really great. This is super all around.

Sitting with some old friends, all FAWM outsiders and someone asked me to pull a track up as an example. I saw this line-up and knew this was going to be a winner.

I love the flow in the choruses, with the lines running into each other - unique and super catchy! Really enjoyed the 2nd verse two with the ‘I want’ repeats - full of personality. Great collab!

Wow! With an all-star cast like this one, I had high expectations….and you all exceeded them! I love the energetic music, the lyrics (especially “But I’ve coped with worse and I’ll cope again…” and the great vocals—(No surprise here!) The spoken word parts are great, too. Surprising out! Adds even more pizazz! Congrats to all of you!

Bravo! Excellent mix. And I have to admit that hearing the chorus in this mix, I discovered a poignancy that was overlooked initially. There's a mood here that's all over the place but lands in self assurance and hope...not despair. Not sure who's doing what, but it's a great collaboration and a testament to how wonderful this community is and I'm beginning understand more clearly what it means to you. This is alright, my man. i made the instrumental and sang(?) backup, Q wrote and sang it, you, david, katie, stevie added vocal flavorings/harmonies...in a way y'all were acting without knowing it, you were cast in the roles of a perspective audience singing along with this song, showing that even if we don't know anyone's listening, they are and by sharing these soundwaves we are not alone, we're together... or something less pretentious...i'm leaving. sorry.

I found the verses catchy and enjoyable. Then when you stopped for the guitar interlude followed by the "rap" it was really suprising! Good job. Thanks
