Liner Notes

No one can tell me I can't name a song Wonderwall Part 2. They don't own the words wonder and wall, and even if they do come ooooonnnnnnn, no they don't.

This song is... uh, what my brain sounds like all the time if I don't check myself.

Lyrics

This is what $3,000 a month gets you down in San Francisco. Unpopular opinion but I think that we don't deserve dogs. I see your childhood trauma and I raise you mine. Sir, this is Wendy's. Can someone please explain all of this to me like I'm five?

Does anyone else feel like they have no real friends? I just turned 30 and I guess I'm starting over again. Why does everyone else seem to have it figured out? Is it normal to cry in the Kroger parking lot? Thanks for coming to my latest TED talk. But seriously how is this any of this even legal?

Hear me out, lawyer up, hit the gym, and then delete your Facebook. I don't know who needs to hear this but I think you are enough. I haven't spoken to another human being in six days is that normal? I'm asking for a friend who is definitely not me.

Why does everyone else seem to know where they belong? I deleted all my socials, nobody noticed I was gone. I'm one minor inconvenience from a total meltdown. Is it normal to freakout in a Target self-checkout? Does anyone feel life peaked around 2012? Anyway folks, thanks for coming, here's Wonderwall.

Because maybe You're gonna be the one that saves me And after all You're my Wonderwall

this reads like a burroughs cut-up of a gogi berry purveyor's personal meme scrapbook, and life may indeed have peaked around 2012. oh. just now reading other comments to understand that reddit is somehow involved? 🤷 good stuff even for those of us to stick to the back pages of the Internet...

Love this title, I always appreciate these types of titles (fellow AJJ fan maybe?) I love this chorus so much. Also it is in fact normal to cry in the Kroger parking lot in that I have done it

This is so catchy and energetic with banger lines! Love it!

Wait, I thought I was on FAWM? Is this Reddit? Great tune though. (I'm talking about Wonderwall. The sequel was alright, I guess?)

So good all the way through. The writing is so sharp and the tune is so catchy. Great work!

Line after line of zingers! This is lyrically so clever...gotta know if Reddit was any inspiration though! Musically it's great; I love those vocal harmonies! Is Oasis going to come after you for sampling #1 at the end haha

[pic]

Oh for suurreeee. I did a google search for "common reddit phrases" during the lyric writing. I've also been chronically online since 2004, so that helps.

Next song needs to include "potato quality" and "the safe". Maybe also "Kevin"

Cool song! Funny as hell. The Wonderwall quote at the end somehow manages to transcend the irony & feel sweet and sincere. Rad production as well.

Relating to so much of your lyric on so many levels. I have to hope that the Kroger you reference is "America's worst" (i.e. the one on Lombardy in RVA). Loved the sonic differences b/w the respective sections of your song. Great job!!!

This is soooo dope dude!! The classic tumultuous lyrics with an upbeat instrumental are a classic, and I loved how you diversified the percussion.

[pic]

Holy shit. Welp. I’m obsessed with this.

This is really cool, especially the part on the end made me smile

Oh my god! That reveal at the end sent me into full blown hysterics hahaha

What a ride, this is fantastic! Vulnerable, funny, such a good performance and great production… and the end took me out! WHY NOT?!!!! :)
