Bass is easiest for me to hear because my high range hearing has eroded. This is velvety . It does not seem muddy at all . It’s the thump of your fingers on the string that is quite percussive. Beauty in bass. Thank god for bass players. 😊

yeah, the trick with bass is avoiding mud (and that's just inner ear biology.) fortunately, there's that G string!

Man, these bass only songs are turning out to be some of the most unique and enjoyable tunes. Great job with this one - dark, broody, whimsical. It's sweet, catchy, and has depth to its layers.

Interesting how you can do a lot with a little. It has a bit of a 'marching band in the distance' vibe, beacuase of the constant rhythmic beat and how it's a bit muffled because of the bass-only-ness. But when the highest melody comes along, it also gets a bit of a 'toy soldiers' march' kinda feel.

I see some big animals walking. Maybe this is what the rabbits hear from down in their hollows. But is it all bass, or what is the sound on top of everything?

All bass. That's just waaaaay up high. It gets right pingy. (Assuming you mean the highest melodic line.)
