Ambulance sirens in Spain are different to ours in the UK. I always felt there was something melodic, possibly hypnotic in their sound.

I've always enjoyed Spanish ambulance sirens too (a sentence I thought I'd type today!). Such a clever idea to use them for a song. Love the laidback groove here. Reminiscent of Lemon Jelly at points. Very cool!

Excellent concept for a song and sounds lovely. I can imagine myself cheerfully bobbing my head as I bleed out on the way to hospital. :) Great to hear you again, Dan.

Love this! The siren works so well as a base and all the extra floaty sounds make it such a beautiful track to listen to

Hopping back to this version after hearing the Anya-augmented one and it's lovely to hear the unadorned instrumental too - the ambulance really takes the lead here, and it's inspired sampling!

Love the idea you’ve built this up around! And it’s very catchy and twinkly. Bopping along here.

Ahhh what a great idea for a sample!! It's transformed a familiar every day sound into something with depth, a story and beauty! Awesome kick and synth accompaniments. Cool start!!

The ambulance in question was actually a Barcelona one as it happens!

Toll wie du die Sirenen integriert hast, cooler Song!

This is gorgeous! Dan, if ONLY someone would take it and do an unauthorised remix

Oh what a great base for a song. You have really created something beautiful here. I love it!

Ahh this is gorgeous and entrancing. Really reminds me of a lot of electronica I was listening to around the late 00s; Air France, Memory Tapes, that sort of thing. On paper the siren should get annoying, but on a 2013 macbook, it never does.

I felt this deep in my soul! That ambulance sound is incredibly hypnotizing!

I really like the atmoshpere you have created around your ambulance pulse, the bells and orchestral string and wind noises are really fun, as time goes on I feel that the ambulance becomes less grating as it blends into your sonic world. Really nice write this.

This is so cool! I like how it’s almost a tease of a song, once the kick came in I felt like I was just waiting for a super obvious snare to drop in on the 2s and 4s and go full banger, but it never did and I respect that. Excellent sample to use as the basis for a song and loads of cool little touches around it. Enjoyed this a lot
