Liner Notes
my brother Tom came out this week and we jammed. he played the drums and some keys on this, i like the bones of this and will likely revisit it with a friend that has some more vocal range but i'm pleased enough with it for now. whooo. moving on.
Derbisol is an interesting "drug" that i think more people should know about, give it a search. it's pretty funny.
Lyrics
Derbisol
We’re getting carried away We’re losing the plot We’ve got a foot in the grave The shoes about to drop We’re not seeing the trees Cant scratch the itch We’re lying through teeth Right out of our lips
Do you get High? Do you feel Low? Do you Hold on for dear life? Or let it all go?
I remember the time I wiped tears from your eyes You started to laugh I wanted to cry You wanted to live I wanted to die We wanted the truth We just told lies
We’re getting carried away We’re losing the plot We’ve got a foot in the grave The shoes about to drop We’re not seeing the trees Cant scratch the itch We’re lying through teeth Right out of our lips
Do you Realize It’s all Up in smoke A punchline To a cosmic joke Ruined humans Ruin humans Do you Feel alright Do you need Me to take you home

Dude this is fantastic. I love the brotherly collab. Music is sweet and tight like my bussy, lyrics are dope, and your vox… jeez, your voice is so goddam money and you don’t even know it!
My bussy looks like oogie boogie from nightmare before Xmas…I miss swingers favreau
Hahaha nice reference. I miss Swingers Favreau too
I love the aggro delivery coming in for the 2nd verse, as a counterpoint to the sensitivity of the lyrics. You're both talented instrumentalists.
These lyrics are damn phenomenal! Such a wonderful expression of life. I very much relate to parts of this.
