The words aren't there yet, this is just scratch-track tongue-talking. However, I like the idea of calling this "The Inheritors". I've been spending a lot of time trying to get things in order. I actually dislike the verse now, though it was the genesis of the song. I'm wondering whether to go full Ship of Theseus and replace it. Is this interesting? I'm not happy with various bits and would like opinions:

some of the verse bass seems wrong to me I'm not sure how to transition from verse to chorus I don't know if the weird freeform bit after the bridge works, but I like it. other stuff
