Glossy Demise

Wrote the lyrics earlier in the day and decided to make music later. Now was the later. I am finally back to "first-try vocals". Not that it is great or even decent but decent-enough. I really should not do this but use this to rehearse, maybe 4 takes, listen in between and at least try to improve and not think "well learn to get it right effortlessly on first try will teach you something". Nah, just being lazy and at this time of day also a bit tired.
The method is: drums first. Then improvise rhythm guitar to each part. Here often not the first try but the coupleth. Them memory game while doubling the guitars, sometimes get the double on the first, sometimes not.
No bass as still do not feel like proramming it after the drums or using some plugin to do it with guitar. I really should program some synth bass that does not sound at all like typical electric bass. It would be fun. But I have no time. Not now. Again, just lazy, would not take that long.
Not sure I hate, but surely don't like the end result! 😀
Lyrics
As it seems we decide to give up the hope as we deem it cool we shall redeem the doom
As it seems we prioritize the individual over our future we shall redeem the doom
If you didn't realize we've decided to run faster, faster, faster to a glossy demise
As it seems we've given up for the comfort today let's then luxuriously run to glossy end
If you didn't realize we've decided to run faster, faster, faster to a glossy demise
If you didn't realize we've decided to run faster, faster, faster to a glossy demise

Very cool song, energetic and skilful.
I was bopping along and digging your vocal stylings -- this blips and bloops my brain! Really cool, extremely "individual!"
Quite the cool dichotomy in that "Glossy Demise" title, @lamerabbit . Nothing like a little controversy, too, lyric wise in which such plays out.
Interesting stuff here, beyond that unique beat and surrounding song: "I'll take lyric gold for $1,000, Alex."
