This was written for @robinleaf's skirmish "invasion". Invasion made me think about intrusive thoughts. And times in my life when I've felt very depressed, it felt like thoughts were just come to my brain and I couldn't do anything about it. It. I'm grateful that I'm in a better place now, though it was interesting to revisit these darker periods of my life.
