Banged this out after work...voice still shaky and not 100%. Not 100% sold on the lyric...this whole thing is definitely a first draft but there's a spark of something I think...trying to plug away and finish this year! I did get a wild hair to throw Logic's rather nice Leslie emulation on the lead guitar track...you can write speed changes as automation so that's fun...all bass and guitars tracked in the box but the B-3 and Leslie are miked as usual.

The lyrical thread is really good and hopeful. I would even say an important statement for our times because its hopeful. The music is well produced and performed, and who am I to criticize it, but here goes....I'd like the melody to be more "hooky". Work on that. Its worth putting the time into. Thanks!

everyone can always tweak a lyric but i don't see anything wrong with it! The synth is great! a very full sound ! I remember when similar styles were regular on my record player!

Hooked by that synth right away. The chugging guitar tone is awesome. Very 80s. Love that chorus. The half time really adds and epic feel to the track. Great lyrically. Production is top notch. Tasty solo. Great work

The sound you’ve created is massive, and i can definitely get behind the message. We’re one! I really like how the instrumental section goes into minor— it gives a huge lift to the song when it rises back to the major key again. Putting a guitar through the Leslie emulator, hmmm, now I want to try that!
