what I take from this is, what makes us human is our narration of our life experiences (putting it into words). I like that! thanks for sharing

I use a self-care app called Finch and often it asks me to "name my emotion" as if we're ever having just one emotion. This captures the complexity of not just navigating emotional complexity, but articulating it to your friends because you feel you have to :) Love it!
