¿Donde esta mi raison d'être?

Liner Notes
I like to do a Casiocore song every now and then. This features the dulcet tones of the Casiotone CT-370, specifically the Beguine rhythm setting and Jazz Guitar tone.
And it's in French and Spanish, neither of which I speak.
And it's about smartphones.
And I don't really play keyboards.
Midway through a road trip in December, this title popped into my head. But I was driving, so I asked my wife to send me an email with this subject line. And here it is. Spawned on I-90 West, somewhere in Ohio, played on a 40-year-old keyboard. Single take for all the music, a lot of vocal takes to get some semblance of the right pronunciation, often at the expense of melody. At 2:15, this is about two minutes too long.
Lyrics
Or, in English:
I have a headache and I don't know what's coming next So much confusion from this tiny little machine
Where is my reason to be?
My eyes are glued to this harbinger of death It destroys my soul but I can't put it down
Where is my reason to be?
It brings me to the edge of my sanity My whole world is crumbling down
Where is my reason to be?
