Cheers, Jim. Kind words indeed! The guitar is tuned to an altered Guinevere- DBDF#AB, essentially an open Bm7; it’s a bit of a closed tuning, containing mostly minor thirds. (I barely use the low E/D string)

This has such a cool dreamy vibe. I like the soothing quality of the vocals combined with the eerie feeling of the lyrics. Very cool, mysterious lines in there "The passerine tree flies apart A hundred seasons more The Pale Rider outlaw"

That line you moulded wild caught me up. The lyrics and delivery made me think of Sting.

Chris this is dreamy goodness. Ive missed your way with words and vocal tone!! I can’t even pick a favourite line, because it all is so evocative. The track you have assembled is also very understanded yet also so powerful. I love this a lot

Incredible guitar playing got me right away. Loved the vocals...smooth and laid back. Great to listen to. The keys in the background are perfect and really compliment the guitar work. This songs flows like a cool summer breeze!

Oh Chris this is dreamy! The guitar work is just luscious. I love lines like "seagulls hold a wake for you"... the whole lyric is so evocative. Beautiful stuff sir ❤️

Lovely song - sounds like an altered tuning, but not sure! Hypnotic, enigmatic and ethereal. To me, this song harks back to the first Hazeyjane album in terms of instrumentation and production; backing vocals add to the overall haunting yet warmly soothing atmosphere.
