So, this was going to be my first finished #fullproduction song, but I realized I have a couple of busy days coming up, and so.. This is close, but I'll have to redo vocals and a couple solos - work out where things are fighting each other, and such..

It started as a "futz around in Logic" tune - an exercise to better learn the tools, but I ended up really liking where it ended up, especially once a lyric idea popped.

There are any situations where folks grind themselves to a nub, w/o regard for their own welfare, but the initial inspiration was a couple of folks I know. At my age, many friends have grandchildren, and run themselves ragged to "help" their kids ...I think I'll leave it at that. #blues #harmonica #fenderjaguar #selfcare
