This is for the "Opposite Challenge" - I write happy AND sad songs so I couldn't really say I was doing the opposite of normal by submitting a single sad or happy song.

Then, I had an idea. but didn't get around to fleshing it out until after breakfast this morning.

What if within the same song there was happiness and sadness. So I came up with this couple in which she is blissfully happy and he is downright depressed (but hides it).

Her verses are all in Major and His are all in Minor - while the lines in the chorus fluctuate between Major and Minor.
