I've had the basic track for this hanging around for a few days but I couldn't come up with a melody line I liked, so I did the only sensible thing and turned it into an instrumental.

I experimented with more hissy synth further into the track but it didn't really work, so I found a royalty-free sample of random police radio chatter instead.
