I love your take on the "anti valentine" skirmish. I missed the time frame (picking up my long-term Valentine at the airport). And I agree that your heart is in the right place, which only comes from experience.

Oh, that cold stop that demonstrates the necessary erasure! I like the feeling of adlibbing lines at the beginning. It reminded me of the songs my daughter would make when she was very little to make sense of the world and of obligatory class valentines. Phew.

There’s something about you that always reminds me of the Velvet Underground. This is great. The push and pull off Valentines. Considering St Valentines was executed taking the card to the shredder seems fair!!
