I always feel weird hashtagging everything.

These pages are left intentionally blank That’s all I’ve been drawing this week The engine is stalled just give it a crank The floor is all wet. There must be a leak.

Saving these pages for imperfect prose A brilliant idea or a list of to do’s I promised these pages and books that I chose I’ll jot out the plan to get over my blues

Empty pages, empty words left unsaid Not even some graphite erased Empty pages can’t even clear my head Don’t want these thoughts to get misplaced

Tried journals and pens of all kind of styles Leather bound volumes of memoirs to come I open them up and I can’t help but smile All the paper is wasted on feeling so numb

I look at the lyrics that will never fly I see all the plans for the life that I’d live I read lamentations from when I was high And all of my actions I’ll never forgive

Empty pages…. Don’t want these thoughts to get misplaced

I can’t bear to load the burdens I think the pages just might rip If I unload on this notebook I’m afraid I might just get a grip
