This text is a mixture of many thoughts that have been swirling around in my head and heart lately. It was written in response to what I've heard and read about the Epstein Files. But figures like Alice Weidel and Björn Höcke (leading party members and post-fascists of the AfD) and their fascist ideology also influenced it. So, a strange mix—but to be expected, given all the crap that's going on right now! #political

Überflüssigkeitserklärung

Wer braucht Könige und Königinnen? Auch für Prinzen und Prinzessinnen ist die Zeit lange schon vorbei auf ihrem Thron! und um ehrlich zu sein, war's auch nie wirklich gut unterm Führer und mit reinem Blut!

Niemand braucht diese Ideen, vom Herrenmenschen und der weißen Kraft, von giftiger Männlichkeit, von Blut und Ehre! dieser Kram gehört längst abgeschafft! In eine Kiste aus Stahl gepackt und versenkt am tiefsten Punkt der Meere!

Doch ich bin nur eine Dichterin und meine Worte finden ihren Weg nicht an all zu viele Orte. Doch, was ich zu sagen habe ist richtig und ist wahr - denn es gibt nur eine Wahrheit, die war schon immer da!

Und diese Wahrheit heißt Vertrauen und Zuversicht und Mut! und sie lässt sich nicht einmauern, denn ihre Kraft ist groß genug!

Freiheit, nenn ich diese Wahrheit! Verbundenheit und Mitgefühl! Diese Wahrheit wird andauern! Niemals könnt ihr sie einmauern!

Declaration of Superfluity

Who needs kings and queens? Even for princes and princesses, their time on the throne is long over! And to be honest, it was never really good under the Führer and with pure blood!

Nobody needs these ideas, of the master race and white power, of toxic masculinity, of blood and honor!

This stuff should have been abolished long ago! Packed in a steel box and sunk at the bottom of the ocean!

But I am only a poet and my words don't find their way to too many places.

Yet, what I have to say is right and is true - for there is only one truth, that has always been there!

And this truth is called trust and confidence and courage! and it cannot be walled in, for its power is great enough! Freedom, I call this truth! Connection and compassion! This truth will endure! You can never wall it in!

Sehr klar und prägnant, gefällt mir! Es muss benannt werden was hier aktuell passiert. Um Verbündete zu finden, den eigenen Gefühlen Raum zu geben und hoffentlich dazu beizutragen das diese unsägliche menschenfeindliche Politik gestoppt wird.

Danke! Es ist eine Mischung von vielem, was gerade weltweit geschieht und ans Licht kommt und zusammenhängt! Ich bin nicht gut im Protestlieder schreiben, auch hier hab ich einfach nur meine Gedanken und Gefühle runtergeschrieben.

Rimbaud sagte eine DicterIn ist ein seher. Ich nehme an dass wir zahlreich sind, die zu oft, dass wir in die Vergangenheit sehen fühlen. (Das war ein komplizierter Satz. Ich hoffe, er ergibt Sinn.) Eine Hoffnung, die ich teile. Eine Petition, die ich unterschreiben könnte.

Ah awesome - I can almost hear this one in my head. In English though, and possibly my brain thinks it is a 1980s country ballad, but that is just my brain!

Oooof. This. You've captured many ideas that have been swirling in my mind as well. I find so much hope in the idea that truth cannot be walled in. That it is expansive and encompassing.
