Second song in the Wheel of the Year, representing Ostara / the spring equinox. I agonised over the lyrics for this. I'm normally fairly quick but @ghob had captured the energy so well I wanted to meet him where he was. Pages down too this

I'ma just bask in all the layers of guitar. Something in the tempo speeding up does feel like the arrival of spring. The lyrics are very simple but evocative. Beautiful tribute to Ostara 🌷

This is a nice layered sound and the lyric and vocal sit nicely in it.

Love love love the vibe on this song. It has like a Liz Phair guitar sound and a Future Islands vocal sound. Really nice.

Love the line "busying of bees," and what a cinematic vibe you've created here. It such a lovely lesson in patience to let this roll on and how the droning rhythm and washed-out sounds build to a meditative trance
