Dark ambient synth music, in the style of the incomparable Mount Shrine, one of my all time favourite ambient artists. With a little added wind, cracking fire, and some city foley from a sample pack.

Very nice! This is right in my alley. Great atmosphere! Dark desolate city and pale streetlights.

One critique: Take your time with the note changes. There is no hurry! Savour the tone and change only when things get boring. If you want tonal movement, you could try to let the bass do the tonal changes and keep the drone static. That also creates interesting tensions and releases. Try it out!

I do have that tendency to rush, and often it's a function of looping chord progressions. I'll have to try a real drone track at some point.

Wow, this is amazing. Great vibe. This reminds me of the time I had to wait for someone in the city and I fell half asleep so I could still hear the city noises but also was partly dreaming

Nailed the vibe. Beautiful stuff; ever come across the "Ambient Sleeping Pill" Internet radio station? This would be a perfect fit there...

Dreamy and atmospheric taking me to a vast underground shrine somewhere beneath a post apocalyptic wasteland. Making my way nervously through the debris of decaying sacrifices, I finally see the outline of a sarcophagus. Epic.
