this was a fun little surprise. I think the harmonies work nicely. but what do you think it's about??
Lyrics
i’m so sorry i’m so sorry i don’t even deserve a party all this cake these toy balloons my mask is slipping under the moon i’m so sorry i’m so sorry you prolly thought this hardly warrented advice the moment slipping to midnight
cat’s outta the bag who do i gotta kill and if I don’t finish the job i know you’ll find somebody who will
cut out all the slack and what do you get getting tired of being tired playing pinball in my head
all this cake these toy balloons my mask is slipping under the moon i’m so sorry i’m so sorry you prolly thought this hardly warrented advice the moment slipping to midnight

The harmonies work well, as well as the vocal doubles. The music is really interesting in how it kind of floats in the background and constantly changes.
Interesting composition. What a mystical song. The nervous drums, the haunting melodies and harmonies and the abrupt ending. Like slipping into midnight indeed. Now I am puzzled.
Your harmonic sense is bonkers good. Not a moment of this felt predictable. Extra love the little adlib after "pinball in my head."
Ooh I love the almost disoriented drums and harmonies, it's very arresting. Awesome haunting lyrics too. Amazing!!
Ooo love the off-kilter drums! The little percussively melodic flourishes panned left and right are so delightful. And the harmonies… on point, as usual. No surprise there 🙂
Yeah those harmonies are really nice! Great production! No clue what it's specifically about but I like it!
Lyrics generally don't often jump out at me, but they really did for me here - very cool. This is a lot darker than what we're used to with you, but so good - love the mix especially. Such a great mix of sounds, and the skiffley beat is ace. And yes, the harmonies DO work nicely, how did you know?
