I read the lyrics before I started listening to the song. The words are so intriguing and not "standard fare" for love songs. I love that! Your music and vocal delivery are mesmerizing. What a nice way to start my day.

This is beautiful, I was harmonizing immediately. Simple, but striking, which seems to be your style. "I'd still build a castle for you" is so sad and beautiful.

Same with "the knight (night) will fail to ever catch the sun". That's a helluva line if I've ever seen one, you paint this medieval portrait and slip that line in so casually with multiplie meanings.

Keep doing what you're doing, it's amazing. I'm glad I found your stuff this year!
