Singer/Songwriter from Ontario. Primarily a vocalist and writer, though I plink at piano and dabble in DAW's. I'm still a newbie, this being my third FAWM, and I love and appreciate everything about the people and the process.

Edit: I am DONE! The goal this year was to release an album for my partner full of love songs and "bangers", and I...well did my best. Due to work and my schedule I knew I wouldn't have been able to write 14 songs in 28 days, so I prepped through the year and started getting serious with the writing in December of last year. I ended up both ahead of schedule (I wrote 18 songs, most of them done before February) and behind (the music I DID write in February took a lot to get going and finish, plus finding time to post and put it online).

Honestly, I am really proud of myself for finishing it, but I need a break. There is a part of me that doesn't want to do next years FAWM, but of course that could just be the exhaustion talking. Maybe next year I can get over the "14 songs" limitation and actually try to collaborate with people? That's scary though.

Regardless of what I do next year, my partner deserved an album full of sappy pop tunes and she got one. I look forward to listening to everyone's music, when I can! I loved what little I did hear.
