Holy crap, I f'kin love this! It's got fantastic drive and the playing is intricate and really well done. The vocal performance, though, is so full of feeling. fantastic! Like a prog/folk Green Day 😄

Came here because the FAWM slack chat was raving about you, and they were not wrong to. Wow, you are a seriously impressive musician. I love the duelling guitars/mandos, and the incredible sense of rhythm that pervades the track. And I’m dying to know how you found out you could throat sing

There's a slack chat??? Haha, thrilled that people are liking the work. Throat singing took me FOREVER. I took an interest as a teenager and did not have it down without hurting myself until maybe last year (better part of 10 years). Even now I can only do it on 3 or 4 pitches in my most comfortable range. Thanks for listening 🙏

Those vocals!!! The way you sang "days" in the opening line, holy cow! Every bit of this is captivating! Also loving all of your song titles, really intriguing! The pure musicality of this is just brilliant!

Oh, that kick is a tasty touch. The fun, too quick for me strumming is a great rhythm. Loving your mando picking. Holy crap, hitting those high notes. Dang! Digging that low pedal note, the kind of anti-breakdown. Loving the melody and you're singing it so well. Feels perfect when the kick/groove comes back in at the end.

Fantastic track once again. Great singing, lyrics (melting ice - nice!), busting with energy and rhythmic goodstuff ... and amazing production/mixing. Favourite part? ... probably the growling throatsinging... oh and maybe the genre-crashing... or perhaps the lingering harmonies. Have you already released much to the wider public? Where is it findable? This stuff is really excellent.

That upbeat mandolin riff hooks you in straight away. I love the journey this track takes us on as it unfolds and that bridge is fantastic. Is that a didgeridoo style drone lurking in the background? The harmony vocals on the “you decide” line really lift it too. Such a great mix of energy, texture and emotion.

That drone is me throat singing! I've been obsessed with that vocal style for a long time but have only managed to sneak it into songs once or twice. Thank you for listening 🙏

Sweet! The vox have a bit of musical Theatricality to them some really cool musical flourishes throughout and a great lyric as well. Great infusion of multiple disparate styles into a cohesive vision. Indubitably undeniable

whoa. did not expect the throat singing breakdown but i’m so glad it’s there. this song is so cool. amazing vocals on this. this is impressive. those leads are crazy. i’m not sure if it’s mandolin or mandocello (i have to admit i don’t really know the difference). whatever it is it kicks ass

holy smokes my man, where did this come from!?!?!?!? THis is absolutely amazing. I've been neglecting my acoustic instruments so far this fawm. Every single aspect of this is amazing. I can hear your heart on fire on this one. That mand/guitar riff is absolutely ripping!! Amazing song, the production alone sounds like it took all day!!

Oh man. Leaving so many comments today, just now getting a chance to do some listening. The funky breakdown section is perfect. You have also got a really great voice for the energy in your songs. Get Up Kids, sorta. This one is up there with a handful of favorites that I've heard so far during this FAWM.
