Don't know quite how I'd characterize this one! It came out relatively normal sounding, but it could have gone several different ways. Was trying to channel an easygoing saturday morning type energy. For the intro section, I wanted to do something with a bit of classical flavor & was also influenced by this Grateful Dead bootleg of Row Jimmy (from 10-29-73, one of the releases in this week's Taper's Corner on dead.net - I am becoming somewhat of a deadhead lol) that was very pointillistic in its approach. Could have kept tooling around with this one forever but you know how it is, gotta shove it out the door & keep moving!

I love this! I wish I could write songs like this! It's got a cool Pixies feel to it without being derivative. Cool 70s garage bad roughness and a CBGBs rawness to it.

I was really getting into that intro and was startled when the main part kicked in 😀 Quite powerful message woven into this happy sounding groove. I was singing along by the end. It's just a waste of my time!

Great pop(ie) track drives along nicely - and always good to hear a vibra-slap in a song (just been using mine in the song I'm currently recording...)
