Yes, love the thinking about the macro problems in more micro people-to-person perspective. Nice performance and delivers that melancholy feeling of the lyric. 🙌🎶

The intent of the song is rather splendid; and the performance has a very personal vibe to it too. The recording captures the string scrapes and subtle twangs really well. p.s. Super Prelinger find: aren't people glorious! and congratulations on #100 -- great achievement 👏
Thanks! I record all my demos with a Zoom H4n. I'm always happy with how it sounds. And yes! I know you know the wonders of the Prelinger Archive too -- and how easy it is to get lost in. haha

This is a really versatile piece friend! I can see this being a way bigger, wall-of-sounds type of alternative rock, but it’s so so good as an acoustic piece! “we could fight about the truth, but what’s the use?” Is a dope line! More of that!!
