I find chords, throw words at them and see what sticks, or I throw words on paper and see if I can find some chords that fit. Doing it on guitar, sometimes a ukulele, a mandolin under duress, bass when I can't get the Digitech Trio to do it - and the drums. Everything else is Garage Band. Sometimes all of it is Garage Band.
