He had no redeeming features I won’t even mention his name Just one of life’s sad little creatures Looking for someone to blame
So now I’m gonna watch him burn The sentence was not overturned And he’s finally come to the end And the papers will say that he had no friends

Touching story, fantastic take on the prompt. I recently was watching a documentary about some folks on death row and how they came across as regular guys who had simply done a terrible thing that they were paying the price for. Nice melody and singing too. I like the irony of the positive and upbeat music paired with the tragic story.
