Here is my song I created using my piano track I composed using the piano piece I created in 2024 during FAWM 2024 to a movie title challenge. This time around I wrote the lyrics and added my vocal melody. Thank you for listening and for sharing your thoughts.

It happened almost 9 years ago And now I'm ready to share with you How it made me feel so low Turning all colours into one blue

I found the way to tell How one day turned my life upside-down I suffered, but if someone wished me well I couldn't help but frown

I felt I wouldn't be able tosmile again Because everything grew into one big pain Time didn't heal me, grief didn't leave me I kept repeating my hopeless plea

I wanted to return what wasn't possible to have back I cried alone, pouring my sorrow into my track There is nothing more left to say Please let my music play

so relatable and your vocal says just as much as your words. the latter part where your voice intensifies effectively communicates the unending ascent of misery when the one you love is lost.

This expresses grief so well. "Turning all colors into one blue" nails the feeling. The simple piano behind the vocals supports without overwhelming. Beautifully done.

The music and the vocal really goes well together to get across the emotions of grief, just a song about grief and not specifically about what is being grieved I think is pretty smart approach.
