This piece is an experiment with the Alter Ego synth voice plugin. It starts with the found sounds of doors and kitchen counters. Piano part was made with Fugue Machine Rubato and the bass was Reason's Monotone instrument.

I'm not familiar with Alter Ego -- I'm resisting the urge to download (though it's free) as it sounds hard to tame! That Monotone sound is comfortingly warm on arrival. The overall vibe is wonderfully nostalgic, from words & sounds -- and homely kitchen tapping I suspect! I like the cryptic quality of the lyrics, that warrant closer inspection.
