Near the place we stayed in Tenerife, there was a sign for a restaurant and bar that used to be there called 'The Exit Palace'.

This led to a song about the combination of Dignitas and a nightclub where you knew you were going to die, so you had a chance to have some final fun.

I recorded the song as a demo, with all the words, bass, and electric piano, and had it covered by AI. The brass 'get lucky' references were accidental!

This is a modern Olivia Dean (no relation that I know) style delivery with some extra jazz in the keyboards.
